RETURNS, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Do you provide return/exchange?
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of the purchase only when the item is unopened and in original packaging. In order to return the parcel, the buyer has to incur the expense of shipping at our address. We take 7-10 working days to process refund after receiving the product. In case the product is opened or used, Glamorous.pk hold the right to decline the refund.

What if I receive the damage/broken item?
If the item received is damaged or broken, please inform us with the proof by providing proof (mainly pictures of the damage item) within 3-4 hours of the parcel received. We will require 6-10 working days to look into the matter and process the refund once approved.
